covrspos.com is operated by Tyler Abass trading as covrs, based in Northwest England. We are building covrsPOS — an iOS-native point of sale system for independent cafes and restaurants.

This is a pre-launch waitlist website. We are not currently selling or delivering a live commercial POS product through this site. Joining the waitlist, browsing the site, or contacting us does not create a customer, subscription, or service contract for covrsPOS.

By using covrspos.com, you agree to these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Submit false information through the waitlist or contact forms.
• Scrape, overload, or interfere with the site’s normal operation.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with covrs or Tyler Abass.

We may restrict access to the site if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Joining the waitlist is voluntary. By submitting your email address, you consent to us contacting you about covrsPOS development, early access, and related updates. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing tyler@covrspos.com. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

We do not guarantee that covrsPOS will launch, that you will receive early access, or that any particular feature will be available.

The covrs name, covrsPOS branding, website content, product concepts, designs, and materials on this site are owned by Tyler Abass / covrs unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms grants you any licence to use our trademarks or proprietary materials beyond normal browsing of the website.

This website and its content are provided for general information about covrsPOS during pre-launch development. We aim to keep information accurate, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete.

Product descriptions, screenshots, and roadmap items are indicative and may change before any commercial launch.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tyler Abass and covrs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this pre-launch website — including loss of data, profit, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Because no paid product or live service is currently offered through this site, our total liability to you in connection with covrspos.com is limited to £100, except where a higher minimum applies by law.

This site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.

We will update these terms as covrsPOS moves toward a live commercial launch. When that happens, we expect to publish separate product terms, pricing terms, and an updated privacy policy. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, where permitted by law.
